CEO of System Operator - Central Dispatch Organisation for the Unified Energy System of Russia (RAO UES) Boris Ayuev; UCTE President José Penedos said during his closing speech. "The results of the study bring to evidence that a synchronous coupling of such large systems requires a broader view on system security aspects."

The study partners together with major stakeholders of the project endorsed a public summary of the major findings and results.

Boris Ayuuev, CEO of System Operator - Central Dispatch Organisation for the Unified Energy System of Russia (RAO UES), Martin Fuchs, CEO of E.ON Netz GmbH signed the public “Summary of Investigations and Conclusions”.

Both the UCTE Consortium, represented by Martin Fuchs, and the IPS/UPS Group of Companies, represented by Boris Ayuev, jointly have succeeded in an unique project in the history of the electricity sector.

Representatives of the involved companies from UCTE and IPS/UPS as well as major stakeholders met at the some location where they kicked-off the project in April 2005 and endorsed the common results during a signing ceremony.
